It is also known as Uttara. This zone is ruled by Lord Kuber who is the God of Wealth. Hence, this side of the building should be kept clean, tidy and light. In fact, you must place your safe in such a way that it opens in this direction for more money and wealth in your house.
This is also known as Dakshina direction. This is the zone of Lord Yama who is the God of Death. This zone is not very healthy so make sure that you neither have your kitchen in this direction nor you sleep with your feet facing this side.

This is known as the Ishanya zone which is ruled by Lord Ishanya, who is the God of all the Quarters.
This is known as the Vayavya zone. This direction is ruled by Lord Vayu, who is the God of Winds.
This is the Agneya zone because it is ruled by Lord Agni who is the God of Fire.
This is the Nairutya zone. This direction is ruled by Pitru who are the ancestors.
Other than these eight zones, there is another important zone which needs to be taken into consideration while studying constructions.
This is one of the most important parts of any plot. It is believed that this is the center of the plot and hence must be kept vacant. No construction should be done on this part as this is the point from where all the other Vastu directions are determined. This is the point of energies on the plot which is responsible for dispersing it in different directions and balancing it. Having construction in this area blocks the source of main energy.
All these are the important directions in Vastu and must be kept in mind while constructing any building. Keeping in focus all these zones and their significance can be helpful in managing the house with positive aura.
